FARMINGTON HILLS CHURCH OF GOD
CHILDREN's MINISTRY
SUNDAYS
Sunday mornings we provide ministries for children from birth through 5th grade at Farmington Hills Church of God:

Lil Kidz (birth - 3 years)

Jr. Kidz (3 years - 5 years)

Kidz Connection (6 years to 5th grade)
All run concurrent with our 10 AM service so they can connect at age appropriate levels and you can focus fully on worship.
​WHO ARE WE?
Our mission is to help kids find and follow Jesus by giving them the practical teachings of Christ whether it be through words, music, hands on learning or just a loving smile. There is nothing more powerful than for kids to realize the great, unending, never changing, always pursuing love that God has for them.
We welcome children and their families. We recognize that parenting is not an easy or simple task. The church is a place where we can help each other. Kidz Zone partners with families to help children develop and grow. When it comes to children, we want to echo the words of Jesus, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these." Luke 18:16
Whatever your child’s age, we have a program just for them where we’ll have all kinds of fun and Bible-based learning. We want children to come back week after week because they love church.
LIL KIDZ
During our worship service we offer nursery care for families with babies from birth to 3 years. LiL Kidz are an import part of our church family and we cherish the opportunity to begin their journey knowing Jesus. LiL Kidz provides a safe environment for all our babies as we read Bible stories, play and share snacks together.
JR. KIDZ
A loving, caring and nurturing environment for our Jr. Kidz, from ages 3 to 5 is offered during our worship service. We offer a time of play, a Bible lesson, crafts, games and more to help them understand and take their first steps in learning and understanding the Bible. Everything we teach our Jr. Kidz is based on one of three simple, but powerful, truths:

KIDZ CONNECTION
During worship service, we offer kids age 6 through 5th grade an opportunity to engage and grow up understanding that they can: Make wiser choices, build stronger relationships, and develop a deeper authentic faith.
Our time together weaves worship music, a bible story, group activities, video experiences, and more to reinforce one clear and simple bottom line each week so kids can walk away and remember what matters most, one of these 3 basic truths:
